WEAPON AND DRUG CHARGES

Woodstock, ON (February 16, 2021) – On Sunday, February 14, 2021 the Woodstock Police Service conducted a weapons investigation leading to multiple charges against a Woodstock woman.

At approximately 10:30 p.m. the Woodstock Police Service conducted a traffic stop of a suspect vehicle. Upon investigation, a female was found to be in possession of a firearm, methamphetamine and fentanyl.

The Woodstock Police Service has arrested and charged Sara MACMILLAN (27) of Woodstock with:

• Transport Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited Device or Ammunition in a Careless Manner
• Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Opioid (other than heroin)
