Recovered Stolen Property


Woodstock, ON; On October 8, 2021 at 01:55 Hrs., an unknown female and male attended the Oxford Grill 685737 Hwy 2, Woodstock. An ATM machine was stolen from the business. At 02:31 Hrs., suspects emerge from the vestibule with a small wagon covered with a tarp. The pair depart on foot eastbound.

On Tuesday October 12, 2021 police were requested to attend to the rear of an address east of the Oxford Grill in Eastwood.  Police received information that an ATM machine was located in a tent.

As a result of the investigation, a 39 year old male and a 37 year old female, both of Woodstock were arrested and jointly charged with;

Failure to Comply with a Probation Order contrary to section 733.1 CC

Possession of Stolen Property contrary to section 354(1)(a) CC

Theft Over $5000 contrary to section 334(1)(a) CC

Break and Enter with the Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence contrary to section 348(1)(a) CC

Mischief Over $5000 contrary to section 430(3) CC
