Woodstock, ON – A 48-year-old Woodstock male is facing charges following an investigation into an altercation that occurred in a parking lot on Juliana Drive.
On May 22, 2026, at approximately 1 p.m., Woodstock Police responded to reports of an assault in the parking lot of a business on Juliana Drive.
Police learned that an altercation had occurred between two individuals following a dispute in the parking lot. During the incident, one individual was assaulted, and personal property was damaged.
As a result of the investigation, a 48-year-old Woodstock male has been charged with:
- Assault
- Mischief Under $5,000
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date.
