The Woodstock Police Service offers a free, voluntary Keyholder Registry to help ensure property owners and designated emergency contacts can be reached quickly when needed.
Why Register Your Property?
The registry allows Woodstock residents and business owners to provide keyholder contact information to assist police during emergencies, alarm activations, or other incidents at their property.
Property owners can also notify police when they will be away from their residence or business for an extended period.

Registration Requirements
- You must have a valid email address.
- The property must be located within the City of Woodstock.
- Information provided must be accurate and up to date.
Please Note
- You may be contacted by email or telephone if additional information is required.
- The Keyholder Registry is separate from the Alarm Registration Program. Alarm companies must continue to register monitored alarm systems through the existing process.
- Registration does not replace the need to contact police during an emergency.
