The Woodstock Police Service offers a voluntary Trespass Authority Agent Registry to help business and commercial property owners address trespassing and unauthorized activity on their premises.
Why Register Your Property?
The registry allows business and commercial property owners to authorize Woodstock Police Service officers to act as their agents for the purpose of enforcing Ontario’s Trespass to Property Act.
This authorization allows officers to take appropriate enforcement action on behalf of registered property owners without requiring them to be present during an incident.
