Woodstock, ON – On Sunday, June 21, 2026, at approximately 9:30 a.m., police received a report of a wallet being stolen from a vehicle parked at a business on Houser’s Lane in Woodstock.
Investigation determined that an individual had allegedly entered the vehicle and removed a wallet containing cash, bank cards, identification, and other personal items.
As a result of the investigation and video surveillance footage, police identified the accused.
On Monday, June 22, 2026, officers arrested a 46-year-old male of Woodstock in the area of Peel Street and Wilson Street and charged him with:
- Theft Under $5,000 from a Motor Vehicle
- Use of Credit Card
The accused was released with a future court date.
