Woodstock, ON – A Woodstock man is facing charges following a motor vehicle collision in the City of Woodstock.

On Sunday, December 21, 2025, at approximately 3:45 p.m., Woodstock Police Service responded to a report of a fail-to-remain collision in the area of Nellis Street. A vehicle had been struck from behind and the other vehicle fled the scene.

With assistance from the public, police located the vehicle and the driver a short distance away. Further investigation revealed that the driver was under suspension.

As a result of the investigation, a 21-year-old male from Woodstock has been charged with:

  • Fail to Remain
  • Driving While Under Suspension
