Woodstock, ON – A Woodstock man is facing multiple charges following a collision on Vincent Street.
On December 29, 2025, at approximately 2:15 p.m., Woodstock Police officers responded to a report of a vehicle that struck a parked vehicle on Vincent Street.
Officers arrived on scene and located the driver inside the involved vehicle. The driver was on existing court-ordered conditions not to operate or have care and control of a motor vehicle from two separate release orders. A Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) evaluation confirmed the driver to be impaired by drug.
As a result of the investigation, a 45-year-old male from Woodstock has been charged with:
- Failure to Comply with Release Order (two counts)
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
- Dangerous Operation
- Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
