Woodstock, ON – The Woodstock Police Service has charged a 20-year-old Tillsonburg man with impaired driving offences following a traffic stop in Woodstock.
On October 3, 2026, at approximately 8 p.m., an officer observed a vehicle being driven inconsistently in the area of Dundas Street and Wilson Street. Police conducted a traffic stop, and a roadside breath test was administered, which registered a “FAIL”.
The driver was subsequently arrested, and further breath testing resulted in readings nearly three times the legal limit.
As a result of the investigation, a 20-year-old male from Tillsonburg has been charged with:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 Plus
