The Woodstock Police Service (WPS) is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the community we serve.

We value public feedback — both positive and critical — as it helps us recognize excellence, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen accountability across our organization.

Compliments

We take pride in the professionalism, compassion, and dedication demonstrated by our members. If you would like to recognize an officer or civilian member for outstanding service, please share your feedback with us. You can submit a compliment by:

Your message will be shared with the member, their supervisor, and the Chief of Police.

Complaints About Police Conduct

If you have a concern about the conduct of a police officer, you have the right to make a formal complaint.

We encourage you to first contact a supervisor at the Woodstock Police Service — many issues can be resolved quickly and informally through open communication.

If you wish to proceed with a formal complaint, you may contact the Law Enforcement Complaints Agency (LECA), the independent civilian body responsible for investigating complaints about police conduct in Ontario.
