Communications and Dispatchers

Communicators act as dispatchers and call-takers (in emergency and non-emergency situations).

· dispatching calls for service to police officers and fire fighters

· supporting police officers, fire fighters and public safety

· answering incoming calls for service calmly and efficiently

Records Clerks and Front Desk Employees

· assisting members of the public by providing information and services

· completing reports and data entry with a high level of accuracy

· typing and clerical support duties
