Equity Diversity and Inclusion

The Woodstock Police Service (WPS) works to reflect the diverse community it serves. The Goals are to have an inclusive police service and improve relationships with diverse groups.

WPS believes a diverse police service will increase productivity, creativity and problem solving. It will expand community engagement and improve service to citizens. A diverse service will improve communication with the citizens and police service.

WPS also believes that all members should be able to achieve their full potential. By building a diverse and inclusive police service, the WPS can support the EDI values.
