Conflicts of Interest

The Woodstock Police Service Board is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and public trust. Board members are required to act in the best interests of the community and to declare any real, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest in accordance with the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, the Board's Proceedings By-Law, and Ontario Regulation 408/23 - Code of Conduct for Police Service Board Members under the Community Safety and Policing Act.

A Conflict of Interest Registry is maintained to provide public access to disclosures, ensuring decisions are made impartially and with integrity, free from any undue influence or personal gain.
