Criminal Investigations Bureau

The Criminal Investigation Bureau contains one Detective Sergeant, one civilian office clerk and seven Detective Constables. Some of the Detective Constables work within a specialty, including:

• Special Victims Unit
• Forensic Identification Unit
• Internet Child Exploitation
• Digital Forensics

This unit is responsible for investigating major crimes and a variety of crimes that require further investigation than an initial investigation completed by a Uniform Patrol Officer.
